- Jessica Goldstein
- Peter Behuniak
Abstract
This paper provides an overview of the issues related to the use of growth to model student achievement. Case studies from nine states and two cities are presented to demonstrate the diversity in the definitions of growth across the nation as well as the complexities of incorporating growth into pre-existing state systems. Several suggestions for future research are also provided. Accessed 12,865 times on https://pareonline.net from August 25, 2005 to December 31, 2019.
