Attendance Costs

Below are the details regarding the costs associated with attending:

conference fee without dinner	210 $
conference fee with dinner	250 $
Dinner only	60 $
Late fees	40 $

Note: All registrations include access to conference sessions, keynote speeches, meals and refreshments

during the conference are also included.

Travel Information

For those flying in, the nearest airport is Bradley International Airport, located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, 45 miles (1 hour drive) (72KM) from the conference venue. We recommend arranging ground transportation in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. The Valley Transporter (https://valleytransporter.com/bradleyairport/) has shuttles from Bradley Airport to UMass.

If you are arriving from overseas, Boston's Logan Airport has more international connections and is located 96 miles (155km) (2 hour drive) east of the conference venue. Ground transportation is available but is more expensive and time consuming, so plan accordingly (or spend the night in Boston).
